How To Unlock Itel it2100 Orange Dual SIM Phone? which tool supported?

with unsupported SIM showing this... " Please insert an orange SIM card to SIM 1 and try again. "

Searching phone;
For an successful connection do the following:
1. Remove battery and usb cable
2. Insert the usb cable in the phone
3. Keep pressed the boot key and insert the battery
ERROR: SCI USB2Serial port not found ! BE sure the drivers from support were installed;

I need SCI drivers and tell the boot key
