Changed V3 10pin Charging pin

Same problem

if keyboard direct on pcb not connected by flex then u should 1st chk if any varistors using for filter keypad then remove them.

if there no varistors or not a flex system keyboard then that problem cause cpu. you need to re-ball/change cpu.
