Fly Ying F003 phone

Hi, I have a problem getting back to the phone keypad of my F003 after I had dial a phone number and made a call. When I use the phone card to call long distance or call an automated system to pay a bill, I will be asked to enter a number, e.g. "1' for English, "2" for French, etc. Thus, I need to get get back to the phone keypad after the call is connected. Appreciate your advice and guide on how to get back to the keypad. Thank you.
p/s: I have no problem using the phone in Hong Kong, Singapore or Vancouver. I can also receive 5 or 6 TV channels (off-air) in places where the signals are not blocked.
