Hi All,

I am new to this forum and I would like some assistance.

I have a clone Iphone and it is not allowing me to access the functions. If the phone rings I cannot answer as the touch screen does not allow me to slide the unlock bar to answer or do anything else. I cannot even turn it off unless I take out the battery. The slide bar appears to have a strip over it that would not allow you to access any functions.

I also had all of my contacts on the phone and not on the sim so I cannot get access to any of my contacts.

Can some one tell me what options I have to get this phone working again or how can I recover my contacts from the phone to copy to another phone if this problem cannot be fixed.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Can someone also tell me how to download files from the ★. DOWLOAD Software & FlashFiles .★ section? Do you have to make a number of post first as when I tried to download a file the user and password page came up but when I entered my user name and password I get an error although I was already login.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
