KA08 Flash Cable Help

Calling all experts!

I have researched many threads about using "boxes" and modified flash cables for the (Jin Peng) KA08 Mini phone. I am sure the demand for flashing/upgrading this phone must be pretty high by now given the amount of these phones sold. I am not interested in paying more for a flashing "box" than i paid for the phone so I am providing the following information in the hope one of you experts can recommend how I can make a modified flash cable and also what software to use.

I want to know how to make a flash cable and what base data cable should I use from another phone, e.g. Motorola, Samsung, etc. I have opened the 12-pin end of the USB data cable that is supplied with the phone and it is connected as follows...

(I hope I have counted from the correct end. I will try to provide a picture shortly as upload failed. Also I'm not sure what pin does what.)

1 - Red wire
7 - Green wire
8 - White wire
9 - Black wire

Would also like to know what processor it uses and what I could possibly flash it with (equivalent phones, e.g. SciFone, etc). I am mildly technologically challenged so please consider this when replying.
