Key pad not work - GSM-Forum

Hi guys i got a Chinese phone CPU is MT6225A with key pads not working.
i can switch on but other then any key not work. Touch screen Volume switches USB connector all are OK even i try to re hot the CPU. no luck finally i change the CPU but still any key not work what shout be this problem.

Check all lines and check if grounded....if one of keypad bord is grounded result of keypad faulty

my nokia 5610 (cloned ) keypad is not working well is there any kind of solution for that?
