LENK speaker problem - GSM-Forum

Greetings to all the great members of this forum.
Im having problem with a new just bought Chinese phone.
The phone model is LENK (touchsreen) phone, with dual sim cards, TV and other standard functions. There is a problem with speaker and microphon of the phone. If i plug headphones, i can talk and listen with them. But if I unplug them and use normal speaker and microphone, it doesn't work, i can't hear and others dont hear me. I tried and opened the phone, and tried to install a new speaker from some old phone, but it didn't work neither. So I think it might be some software error, not hardware. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this.

PS.
I dont know how to get Processor information, so i can give more details to you, but i think that LENK is kinda standard Chinese Model.

Can anyone at least help me found out what processor or what firmware im using in this phone, so i can try to format it. any help here people please??
