M002L- Java Touch Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have a very weird problem with my M002L phone. Touch screen works just great in every application, typing numbers, writing SMS etc. The only problem is in Java Apps. I can't surf with Opera, can't play Java games because when I point somewhere in the screen it does not point to the right spot. I looks like the screen looses calibration. Tried to reset the phone but with no luck the problem is still here.Is there an easy way to hard reset completely the phone to its factory settings because from the menu resetting the phone doesn't seem to work.

I have the same problem now.
Cannot even put my 4 digit pincode for start up.
Seems the screen is 2cm down.
How to hard reset to factory settings, Cannot come into the menu cause cannot start up
