Hi,

i have a watch phone m800 not charge,

if you connect cable on the screen show "USB" and battery look like charging , but after many time when disconect cable , the battery not charged!!

same one can help me??

I had the same Problem with my M600 Handyphone. The Unit doesn´t charged even the USB cable was connected. I tryed the second battery (mostly the unit ist delivered with 2 battery packs). And this works. It seems that the first battery pack was faulty ater one year. Try the other battery pack!

hi,
i already tried with other battery and is problem is the same, you see on the display the phone is charging, but in the end yhe battery is empty.

How do you know that the battery isn´t charged? If the Battery is empty, the watch couldn´t be turned on. If you now connect the watch with the charger, the watch should wake up (sure, it is now supplied by the charger) and work endless. when you now disconnect the charger, the battery should be empty as before (you told so)and the watch should turn off rapidly. If the watch can now be turned on btw. runs for a while, the battery has been charged a little. If not, the battery hasn´t been charged in any way. In this case there could be a failure on the mainboard. How do the pins of the battery connectors look like?Do you have the equipment to measure the charging voltage?
