Meizu phone password locked

Hello there, can somebody help me to bypass the meizu phone mx4 its password unlock, seems to be locked bootloader, there is no recovery , tried unlocking the bootloader but failed. Tried flashing but failed also, thanks.

with this method it must work

1:In order to switch off the device hold down the Power button for a couple of seconds..
2: In the next step press and hold together the Volume Up + Power button for a few seconds.
3: Release held keys as soon as the new blue menu appears on the screen
4: Afterwards use the Volume Down to highlight "clear eMMC", and then push the Power button to confirm.
5: Wait until the process completes.
6: Excellent! The hard reset has just been performed.

the blue menu hasn't comes out as i pressed Vol up + power button,
