Question message error


i have a cect s560 and when i try to send a message i get "unknown error" message appear,when i go into message memory status i get the following
sms status
sim:not supported
phone:not supported

can anyone help please

r u trying with another sim?
also try to "Restore Default" from setting
though not solve last try is format or full flash your phone.

but its true some times this problem come from hardware. so though this problem not solve by software operation next you need to see hardware.

try plz and post result.

just tried restoring factory settings but still no joy with sending or recieving sms, what else could i try please

use serach for flashıng tools and read f.a.q before makeing any action to your phone.
