My touch screen points are off on Kingsun V902 phone please help. - GSM-Forum

Hey guys I noticed now that when I try to touch one of the icons the touch points setting are "off" I wil try to touch mms and will bring up video or if I try to touch the phone to dial I will get something else or nothing at all. It's been very frustraing I don't know what happened. I tried resetting to the factory setting but still it's off. I even tried to do a pen calibration and all I can do is touch the top left and then top right and it just continues to do that like it's not sensing the correct area. Any one have a solution? Thanks

I have the exact same problem. I've been using the phone for about two weeks or so. The first week my phone was getting a black screen some times.. totally randomly. I fixed this after several "reset factory settings". Then the phone was working just fine for some days,... untill today. Today it started to get off calibration. First it was the "ok" and "back" buttons down on the main bar that didnt really respond well. Now the whole screen is messed up.

So what i tried to do, was ofcorse to re-calibrate. I now descovered a new failure. It says: Press upper left corner (i press it), then: Press the bottom right corner ( i press it) then it repeats itself, but i only see the "Press the mark in the middle of the screen" like once in 50 times or so. Also, most of the times i press upper left corner, it kinda skips the bottom right corner mark ( i can see it for a fraction of a second, then it skips right to "press the upper left corner" again) The worst part is: IT NEVER COMPLETES the calibration prossess! I could sit here and press those corners for hours. That means I have to quit the calibration prosess, since it never compleetes by itself, and then im back to where i started. Stupid phone! The reset factory settings doesn't change anything either.

So if anyone has found a way to fix this, please share it with us!
The few days I have experienced this phone working as intended, was great. The phone is great.. really.. when its working

hey i have a simular problem the touch started going crazy so i reformatted it on my computer and now it doesnt even turn on....j/w did yu fix this?

I ended up going with a different provider and the phone now sits collecting dust. Seems like a software issue. The seller said to send it back and he would send me a new one but I never got around to it. If anyone figures it out let me know. kristjem that is exactly the same issue I had exactly.

just change your phone touch screen.
