I have sigmatel s90 in flight mode i formate.but after it shows only keypad lights.What is the problem.
This software i use.

And here is phone.

bro format u r set with infinity r ve pro u r problem will be sloved....

flash the phone & your problem is solve &
Other press the power button for one minute because some segmstel phone starting with this method after flashing & formating.
