Need help with info on i-3216 Tian hong or hang ?

I thought it should be interesting to buy a clone phone so i bought a i-3216 (some places it's named EL-TV3216, i think)tian hong or hang cant really tell if it's a O or A..
Now then in the mobil there is only one game and on top of that it's a bad one
have tried for hours to get a game on to it but it doesnt support java i guess so.. :s
Also i has some Nes games on it but no emu ??
so i really need help getting started on how to install games,programs and so on..
Any help is great.
think i need driver and suit to it to.
Also figured out that the processor is MKT and the OP probly is RTOS
