It's possible to do by flashing only, using special flashing cable.

you need good tools.
to convert your phone readed flash with available Lang change option..

and main part is when you convert that flash to your Lang with any tool you can only use that tools to flash that file to phone..

because they are crypted..

check main sales section for tool who sales ..
