i changed phone to hi-speed sim via phone engineer mode,
not its not turning on, can anyone help me to fix it.

You need to use a box like infinity or spiderman for flashing

can i get instructions on how to install this firmware. Also, I cannot open some websites on this phone like gmail, orkut etc. It gives me Java error. Will the firmware update fix it. If not what do i do?

Have you tried opening gmail and those sites not working with Opera mini

That solved my problem.

it looks like other firmwares from different version will not work on each other.

However a third party developer Javquisoft have a updates for them now.
