Hello,

If you want to try to unlock this phone this way here is a fact: this phone can not be unlocked with flashing with any factory firmware.

so, there is possibility that writing a unlock firmware plus eeprom from a backup unit will unlock the phoNE???

coz you said this phone can not be unlocked with flashing with any factory firmware, does this mean it can be unlock by flashing with non-factory firmware??? where can we get that firmware while even the flash file from support site is still the same with the lock firmware from globe telecom...

by the way, flashing won't unlock the phone, in fact, after flashing, you'll get "invalid sim" from the original provider "globe" while still "insert sim" for others, (sun, smart)
