MTK6516 Invalid IMEI

After factory reset, on a new, unused phone, it says invalid IMEI.

I tried the proscess of another thread of BestCool, of generatating a MP0B_001. i created it using the the imei codes at the back of the device. i copied it in the sd card, through card reader. then pasted it through the phone, using Root Explorer at the Folder that there was the original MP0b_001. Checked the permiseeions to rw-r-x--- and rebooted, and the Ivalid IMEI did not leave. also after the process a MP0B_001_back is auto created at that folder.

What i do wrong?

I only have usb cable, not Box with cables Anyone can give me any advice?
