Please help me with chinese 8800e ARTE-software problem. I need expert help

Hello to all chinese experts

I have a chinese phone that is verry important, i really have to bring it back to life... it's a special customer.
It's problem is simple... it powers on, shows a screen with windows xp loading, you can hear the power on sound of nokia and after that it resets, again and again and again. It's surely a software problem.

I'm new in the chinese domain so it's my first atempt to flash a chinese phone.

The procesor is MTK... MT6226.

I read lots of posts and learned a few things... i tried to connect it trough usb. When i plug the usb cable(original cable from a nokia phone) it shows ... usb not recognized... . I found two pinouts... I added them to the post so you can see exactly what i tried so you can tell me what is to do.
I tried this pinouts, i took a usb cable, connected the GND TX and RX from it... and nothing, it just says "usb device not recognized"

PLEASE help me solve his problem and tell me where am i mistaking...

Dear cannot flash mtk cpus with usb cabel need to make com cabel which connect to phone rx,tx and gnd and mostly in china mtk phone problem can b solved just with formating so just find ur phone RX,TX AND GND and make a com cabel and format ur set .for safty read flash file of ur phone before format.
