Problem with N9 gfive

hi this is Chandrasekhar.a recently i taken a new G five N9 cell but i n that software is not good.
1.there is no separate ring tone for messages on the same time for SIM1 and SIM 2 also for normal rings for calling
2.any time it is activated mode only both the Sims not possible to disable one Sim and if i remove one Sim it is showing insert sim on display
3.no loop in songs folder every time we have to select song one by one
4.memory is very less 11k only
5. and so many problems with the cell when i called china company people they said this is latest model and software only so why they people forget all these tings so i am not satisfied with the cell and i want to change software as per my requirement waiting for ur reply
