Hello,

I have had the I68 for two days trying to read and apply all the post that was discussing this issue here. What i did is i went to engineering mode and i tried to change the Tone from 80 to 0 and i couldn't so i downloaded the MTK long cheer and there was no response by adjesting the tone to 0 as i always get failed. please if anyone can help me i will be deeply appricate to him.

You can try connecting the phone via bluetooth and give Longcheer another try. If that doesn't work, try this:

1.enter the engineer mode => device => set UART => UART setting .
2.on TST-PS Config make it UART 2 , 115200
3.on PS config make it USB Port , 115200
4.on TST-L1 Config make it none.
5.press ok, the phone will shut down , start the phone , when you connect it to the computer it will be in com-port automatically.
6. if you want the previous setting "mass storage or picture or webcam" change the PS config to UART 1 and press ok
restart your phone and enjoy

If that works, try using Longcheer again.

Hope this will do the trick

nO I TRIED AND STILL THE SOFTWARE IS FAILED TO ADJ THE SIDE TONE

Can anyone post detailed instructions for mtk longcheer. I try to connect and still comes up fail.. phone shows spp profile connected and then nothing just disappears and still no adjustments made.. please help

You are using bluetooth to connect right ? Which bluetooth software ?
Default windows one or some custom app that came with youe bluetooth dongle ?

windows default was used. Is there a better one to use. also my mic will not work with voice, but if you tap the phone then it is heard by other person any clue how to fix. thanks.

format/flash your phone with good file, its the real solution for your problem.
