Recovery Snail Much W1

I recovered this phone "Snail Much W1" but in any way I can't rewrite the original imei code. Using NCKDOGLe gives me this info:

imei is written as in the photo but equally the phone does not hook any sim signal. What can I do I tried to put several original firmware but equally the phone does not take!

I also tried with the "Mtk Droid Tool" tool I insert imei but equally it is not written and read by the phone
