Removing 2 Bottom screws helped my phone work

hello p168 users. If your like me a regular and not a technician, then maybe you can try this. I was having what i thought were software problems with my phone. My fish were upside down and they were blue. I saw a white blank screen. My buttons began to fail when pressed down. I took it apart myself and found it was just one whole board soldered together. I dont know what I was looking for, but I was hoping to find something. The screws came to mind, but I never fiddled with them.
Then my husband loosened little by little the 2 bottom screws and tried starting the phone and it started but failed and turned off. The green call button didnt work and other buttons didnt work. He left the 2 top screws alone. The phone turned on and just 2 buttons worked.

I told him that I believed the phones skeleton case was not measured correctly, so the chip board could work properly. The pressure of the screws cause the chip board to malfunction. So we both agreed to just remove the 2 bottom screws that are located near the back up battery and sim card area completely. (There is no way the phone could fall apart without those 2 bottom screws, trust me I know) Then I started up the phone and just repeatedly pressed all the buttons until they started working. Every time I heard the tone when pressing each button, my phone was then working.

only one button doesnt work, but thats ok, cause its not my call or hangup button. which was important to me. So far my phone hasnt given me problems at all. I believe there is a case defect.
If your having problems give this a try and no your phone wont fall apart.
But, If anyone is having problems with internet, I wouldnt know about that, Cause I don't know how to setup my internet. Other than that my phone works better than before. Before it was just dead, lol.
