sometimes flight mode active from setting, so first try to OFF flight mode from setting.

though not solve check your sim and sim jacket. because sometimes flight mode active from sim missing.

if u have flight mode problem thn dont worry no need to format set .. just change the profile with use the touch screen by touch the 5 icon on the touchscreen display .
