samsung clone i9082 mt6572 dead after flashing - GSM-Forum

i have samsung clone mt6572 which isinfected with **** virus and the likes, i was told the only solution is to flash it, i did here i am with a helpless lying dead phone. i rewrite my backup with volcano, no luck. i flashed with 5 different firmwares,m still no luck, can anyone help. customer really disturbing. on the panel, i have these on the cpu (MEDIATEK ARM MT6572A 1442-XAZAPH AEL29024). WHEN I READ WITH VOLCANO, I HAVE 3.69G EMMC. thanks for your support

I don't have cm-2, what I have is volcano, is there any other way to help?
