Only way to fix it is to flash a new firmware on it.

i bought a sciphone i68+ using AT&T service. i hardly get any service time to use the phone as it hardly ever has any bars, and always drops calls. i also haven't been able to get on the internet. my friend has AT&T service and his phone works at the same place when my phone doesn't. can someone help me get this phone operating like it should?

I have a real bad echo in the ear piece I can hear myself talk better than the person I am speaking to. This is the second 68+ that I have had with the same prob this one seems to be less of a problem.. Can I turn down the volume of the mic so it will not echo......

Hey guys I have a problem with my I9. it just keeps switching back from my screen saver to the main screen. is there any way i can reset the phone. it doesnt let me click anything. Thanks

try to format your phone, also you can upgrade your firmware
