ScIphone I9+++ with MIC not working

Hello All,
I bought recently my first phone imported from China. It arrived yesterday. It's a shining new ScIphone I9+++

The big problem is that the microphone doesn't work making the phone completely useless. Every time I make or receive a phone call i can hear the other person speaking but when I speak, the other person hears a background noise but doesn't hear anything of what I am saying. Just to be sure I've used the Recorder from the main menu to record voices for a couple of minutes. After stopping the recording of my voice and saving the file I go to the play option and start to play the file but nothing happens; the phone didn't record anything. Because of these 2 situations I think that the microphone is not working.

Another thing: the phone doesn't detect the earphone. Going to the FM Radio the phone says "Please plug in earphone". The earphone is plugged in but the phone doesn't detect it and doesn't play Radio. Playing mp3 with the mp3 player is the same thing; I hear the music normally on the phone speakers but nothing happens when I plug in the earphone.

I contacted the seller and he told me that he would send a new earphone and a new MIC (microphone) with instructions to install it.

My questions: 1 - is this situation normal with phones from China?
2 - Is difficult to install the new MIC or is better done by a professional?

It`s not difficult to replace mic, and first thing to do is start with replacing the mic. Also clean mic pad`s if it`s not soldered.

First check the wires and resolder them, it can be enough theese phones have many soldering issues
