t3000 x-touch phone

hi,
my name is shakhar and i'm new in this forum.
last 2 weeks i bought a smart phone from china - it called - t3000 phone.
i want to change the fonts in the menu, and to increase it's speaker volume while talking.
the phone uses the mtk 6235 chip.

i have a usb cable to connect the phone to the computer.
while i'm connecting it, the phone asks what i want to do and - one of it's options is to use the com port. when i choose it - the spiderman software 2.5 recognize the phone and the chip but unable to flash/read it.
the error massage is:
>>[boot] get target hw_version failed!
i searched this forum and google for flashing this phone but because it is a new phone nobody has an answer.
i don't have any box i want to flash it only with the cable and with some software.
can you please help me??

ok i read i the steaky area about the cable and understand that the com option when the firmware starts is not good for flashing the phone.
so i bought a usb to rs232 cable and connected the phone with it to my computer.
i try to flash the phone with spiderman ver2.5 but when i'm turning on the phone the software doesn't recognise it and the firmware starts normally.
i try to use mtk flash tool ver 6.1.8 but with no success (this version is the lastest version and it not supported the mtk 6235 chip)
any help??

First of aall i need the firmware for this phone please if anybody is having it POST the liNK here... aabove links dont work.. My phone takes 20 minutes to Start What can be the problem....
