TECNO T502 unable to press the receive button for incoming calls - GSM-Forum

Hi friends. This problem also happens to other china phones like j-mobile, Q9, More, e.t.c.
I can make outgoing calls any time with the send button. But when there is an incoming call, and i press the send button to receive the call. I wont be able to answer the call. Please any solution?
