Trouble with Touchscreen, cannot login
 

I have a M002L clonephone for 2 weeks now.
It worked fine till now.
By starting up he asks for the 4digit pin, but i cannot enter it.
It seems that the screen has been replaced and the keys do not respond to the wanted digit.
I managed in entering 4 times the 0 (0000= pin) by finger, but the ok button is under the screen, 2cm so i cannot reach it.
Changing battery or simcard doesnt help and cannot come into the menu for setting back to fabric settings.
Have no software and cannot find it to reload it with usb cable.
Who can help, or is there any service station for this type of phone?

beste, ik kan je goed begrijpen.
ik ben van belgie, iemand heeft de gsm meegebracht van singapore.
ik kan mijn pincode ook moeilijk ingeven ik kan heel moeilijk de cijfers ingeven.
De toets ok en wissen staan op mijn scherm maar kan deze niet indrukken dus kan mijn pin code ook niet bevestigen. Weet jij ondertussen al iets meer , hoe jij u prbleem hebt opgelost? want op het net is er ook weining over te vinden e en de fabriekinstelling doet het ook ni e.echt stom hoop mss dat jij al iets meer hebt gevonden.
