TV Mobile C5000 (E710) no contrast after LCD change - GSM-Forum

Hi.
I have changed damaged LCD, it worked normally. On it it has been written RX-FPC.32-8352A
On the new display almost it is visible nothing, only if to look from above. If phone is long power on, and from above it becomes visible nothing.
This is harware or software problem?
Where to search for a problem?

I reflash this phone with few software, but problem not solved.
One version i can`t find - release 20.01.2010...
SpiderMan don`t work with my phone (Fail to download DA) - may be new processor MT6235B S01? or phone without NOR flash
LCDDriver - don`t work also
Please, give me link on bootloaders for LCD 3,2WQVGA a new software or send on [email protected]

I change LCD another manufactured and phone work perfectly
