TV N95 Only English Language after format and After Falash

here's the Picture Of The Phone

first i formated this Model ( Tv n95 Sd ) and after format i wanted to change the language into arabic and no luck only english
i made a good backup from another phone and i flashed the phone and the same problem no languages except english language

i used the codes to change the languages and it works changed into arabic
but the problem is how to repair this problem ?
specialy with spiderman Box:confused:
