Unsure what the issue with this phone is.


My girlfriend recently recieved a K-touch E62 while in china. She came here and places her AT&T Sim card in, and immediately the Reception drops. Is this when you need to unlock the phone? Also, I posted about the K-Touch E62 in the unlock forums... with no answer, so I hoping that the Chinese Phone Forum does some more justice with answers.

most of china non brand clone phone haven't country lock.

so u can try to put other operator sim (may 900/1800mhz)

Alright, so I have the sim card in, and i found the network settings. There are two different AT&T's listed... do i want these top on the priorities?
