V2 Watch Phone help
 

I have got a V2 Watch Phone with a problem.

The touchscreen calibration is so far out that I can't click on the on-screen menu button.

There seems to be no way to access the menu using the hard buttons on the watch.

Does anyone know if there is a *# reset code as I can use the keypad on the strap to enter it, or any other way to reset it?

touch screen problem come from 3 defect.
1. Touch screen is damage
2. Touch screen connection broken from touch panel to touch ic
3. For software problem.

now you can try to change touch panel from on display.

next calculate line from touch ic to touch panel, see here-

next try to full flash your phone, not format. and backup your current flash file before flash.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I am 100% sure that the touchscreen is not damaged or it has a connection problem.

When I touch the on-screen keyboard it is out by a couple of lines i.e. press # and get a 7

What I really want is the *#???# reset code as i not usre how to read/write/backup the flash.

I have looked through the codes on loads china mobile posts and tried all of them.

Which I presume is the firmware version!

Please, help me
I have V2 watch mobile, but I do not have the instruction manual.

I have 2 problems:
1. The hardware keyboard does not work but I noticed that there is a lock on the display.
S I think that the hardware keyboard is locked. Would anybody advise me how to unlock the hardware keypad?

2. when I call someone without using headphone then I can hear nothing but the person on the other side hears me. Please, what I do wrong?

Could anybody send me the copy or link to instructional manual?
