W08 , calibration touch screen Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi, I just received my new W08 watch phone from China, And I have some software problem and I can't fully calibrate my touch screen. When i do the calibration, I can manage to enter the calibration process, but the process is never complete and the phone don't save the calibration settings. Because im forced to turn it off.

When im in calibration process, I have responce from the touch screen so the hardware seems to work. But when im not in pen calibration mode, i cant use the touch screen.

I wanted to know if a software update is available for me, if you need more information about my phone to help me please let me know, I am at work right now and I will update this post later if necessary in order so you can be able to help me.

No problem.

just give your phone to near by trusted china phone service center. and ask them to bypass touch calibration.

They will charge very low cost for this.

Is it possible to do it on my own? Because i think i found a update who might work for my phone, Can you tell me if its compatible ?

Also i would like to know what is exactly a china phone supplier, I mean Im in Canada and i dont really know a chinese phone supplyer maybe you can tell me some, I guess bypassing touch screen would be a solution, but this update seems right because it fix the calibration wizard at the same time i think. My phone is a Mediatek Brand the W08 phone watch model, and I have a regular usb cable wit it, exactly the same as most mp3 players and numeric camera.
