Xin tai t200+ wap settings - GSM-Forum

Hi, does anyone know how i can get this phone to connect to o2wap? I've tried going to -wap settings-link-sim1- and putting in the apn, gateway and port settings ect. but when i try to connect the phone displays "dial failed"

Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

restore default your phone and again manually make wap setting to see from other phone this operator working wap service.

and do,
connection name
homapage
apn
ip
user
pass
port

Hi, thanks for the info. Unfortunatly still displays "dial failed" when I try to connect. I'm putting in the same settings as my old phone which are:
Homepage: http://wap.o2.co.uk/
APN address (contract): wap.o2.co.uk
Gateway (IP) address : 193.113.200.195
Username : o2wap
Password: password
Port number: 8080

I just wondered if you have sorted this problem out,im having excactly the same problem,i know ive entered the correct setting for o2,but when i try and connect to the wap i get dail failed-any help would be great..regards..martin

Hi, no luck so far, begining to think the firmware is'nt compaible with uk networks. china says network at fault, O2 say its the phone, If you have any joy let me know, thanks Andy
