Hello Guys,
Please spare me of the lambasts as my questions are very simple and lame.

I have recently bought xksstel X12 phone ( MTK6225) and would like to have a PC-syc/PCsuite for it. I checked the China Phone suite and the associated USB drivers. I installed the USB driver, however, when I try to install the Phone suite, I get the error "An Error occured during mode data process: -113" and am not able to install the phone suite.

1. What could be wrong with the way I am trying to install or what could be the solution to over come this issue?

Also, I wrote to the company to send me the link to download the PC suite and all I get is that I could connect to PC suite using the provided USB cable.

2. If I want to upgrade the software on the phone, I will need to upgrade the firmware. What is the process to upgrade the firmware?

3. Do I need special hardware to do it or the supplied USB cable with some firmware upgrade software is good enough?

4. Also, is there a way to modify the default wallpapers and add/remove ringtones to this phone?

Thanks for reading thru and not blasting me for the lame questions.

You help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

please, check usb driver for cpu mt62xx download and install after try again

Guys,
I could install the PC Sync Software after I copied the Driver folder inside China Phoe suite folder.

One down, Three more to go.
