ztc c800+ BaiLi mobile

i have a ztc c800+ mobile phone dual sim 2 megapixel camera, mp3 mp4 player. its got DELICATE and smart digital written at the backon one side it has music player written and the other side digital times digital life is writen. in front just under the screen FASHION STYLE is written .

now this phone did not have anything in the box when i bought, just the phonne itseld, the usb cable the charger and a spare battery.

When i connect it to my computer running windows vista ultimate, the phone sharts charging BUT I CANNOT SEE IT IN MY COMPUTER. THE USB DEVICE ICON DOESNT EVEN APPEAR IN THE SYSTEM TRAY.

it also does not have a keypad lock feature.

there is nothing in the phone that has to help me with the connection to my PC.

i need the following:

1. a user manual
2. a PC suite that allows me to transfer songs and game and picture and ring tones etc - a universal software will do.
3. a driver that will allow USB support.

please, i have been searching the web for a few months now. i havnt used the phone since i bought it.
