I ordered from Official, but nobody respond~

Hi,

I have ordered one SmartKey from official website, using PayPal ... But I didn't get any email comfirmation, no tracking number, no nothing ...

I sent several email to info@gsminfo.pl, but all bounced back ... Can any of the supporter help me with this??

GSMinfo company is responsible for sale. The owners of the company are having their winter break now, which in Poland lasts two weeks. They are coming back this Monday. Though it's impossible for me to contact them as well (they are unavailable), I am doing everything that's possible to find out in your case right now. I am calling the employees that stayed in the company to explain the situation. If I know anything I will inform you on PM as soon as possible.

Hope your Team fix these problem ASAP,if not you guy will lose business.When some thing happen,you should make a note to orderers,official website or here and at least email to buyer .Before i place an order i have a note to you that i need Smartkey badly,but 12 days still not received any note,tracking #.....and now i lost customer who has 80 LG need to change Chinese Language.Too bad for me SK's Team.

true true ... if i knew that u r in holiday, i will order from another reseller ... few dollars difference is nothing compare to whole week delay ....

I completely understand you're disappointed. I am as well. I have never been responsible for sale, but it is also unbelieveable for me and unaccepatable what is happening. That is why I prommised to try to explain the situation, and I contact the employees of gsminfo about your orders and asked them to make it as fast as possible for you. I will try to do my best to do it on Monday, the only information I have from their employees is that they have come back. I am responsible for software and technical support, gsminfo is the owner of the company and they are the ones who send the keys to all resellers worldwide. They are meant to do the sale all over the world and make customers satisfied with delivery, prices, shipping and so on.

hey ... 3 days after you back to work .. what is so hard now?? if you cannot handle the sales, simply refund me and I will buy from another reseller of yours .... they do better sales job than you do ~

before I use Smart-Key for the 1st time, I have bad impression of it already ....
