problem lg kp270 - GSM-Forum

hi, any advices how to connect and flash this phone?
i have good cable and tried with more uniboxes, usb-to-com and some more interfaces..but can't connect this phone
if i try to unlock it, using other device..the phone is connecting, reading imei, unlock code..all ok
but flashing will not start.
i suppose is the lg ke500 the cable i must use.

i have the same problem .. using ke500 cable to flash phone no succes what are the corect pinouts for this phone THANKS

cable is good, ke500 cable works just fine..i am sure is some communication problems from software.
must wait answer from product supporters..hope to have any reply here.
also..if team needs this phone for research..just ask here, and we can deal..i have a lot of phones here

give me a log from the software which shows when you connect kp270 because I don't exactly get what the problem is. if there is a reaction on power it is the software problem, if there is no reaction there may be a problem with connection.

i will give you log first thing in the morning i don't have the phone right now ... it just don't respond to power button !

connection is ok, no problem in connection
we have no log..because phone is not getting detected by software.

tested on 3 phones kp270 today all same problem so is not conection problem ... waiting for solution
