Can not activate update PadFinder - GSM-Forum

We have bought a new padfinder box and installed its driver & software.
when we start padfinder control tool, it shows message:

Box not registered and deactivated!
Please register your box for activation

when we fill form & click on register now it shows the message:
connecting to multi box server OK
Registration completed
connecting to update server.
And nothing happens after that even after 2 to 3 hours.

when we click on update in padfinder control tool,
it shows the message:

connecting to update server.

but the box does not gets updated even after 2 to 3 hours.

kindly give solution
