Can't Connect and Find Pinout For Q380


My padfinder just arrived yesterday ... and this is my first unit with this "dongle that rocks the world" as they said... but im having trouble making connection with my first ever client of my dongle ...

see this screenshot ....



I managed to power the phone using the crocodile clip ... that means it was properly connected...only when i searched for pinout ... this gave me an error.

Please guide me further. TIA

Of course i did what was being told ... to push and hold power button until its done but to no avail.

New box firmware v1.0.7 from 02.06.2008 avaible

and

SpreadtrumToolv1.1. need to search pinouts for this model

I did man. But as i said, my stuff is only 3 days old in my possession. I cannot comprehend instantly all the features of it....and my client is waiting...hope you get it...that's why i turn to the forum support site.

Are you a product supporter? Is that the way you answer customer's querry?

sir use maintool of padfinder and searching tp please in your settings dont use mtk coz its not ,just select spreadtrum after that search then if maintool manage to search the tp click unibox mode and used spreadtrum tool cect q380 model search again the tp then after finding the tp power on the phone and click read info .off the phone back up first then format.
