Help!!Q380 IMEI error!!! - GSM-Forum

Please help!! i have here a Q380 with imei error..already tried formating but no luck..Tried flashing phone using flash file from support but phone dead after flashing...Restore back-up flash, now is alive but still have IMEI error problem....

This the firmware version of the phone..

TS6811_V1.4.2_for528.TS6811_V1.4.2_for528

Can someone share this file?Support has only one flash file available and it seems a lower version than my phone...

Please Help!!!

No need to flash! just chang imei

I already tried changing the IMEI many times but still IMEI error....please advice how to repair this....
