need help Padfinder BOX!

i have 6 pcs iphone q380 here..

3 of them are lock code only...
the 1st one i solved by reading lock code in phone info..

the 2nd and 3rd are cant still in hang in the middle...

the problem is....

1st step.
connect PADFINDER BOX to usb cable.
2nd step.
connect DB26 to special socket.
3rd step.
connect L18 or Pad04 to DB 26 and connect the socket in phone.
4th step.
remove battery and connect (+) positive line to right connection and also(-) to right connection.
5th step.
hold MODE SELECT 1-3 second lights becomes yellow, 4-6 second becomes red then continue till 8 seconds then release becomes yellow, and start blinking till it red means pinout detect successfully!
6th step.
open SpEADTRUMTOOL
Search pin-out!
PROBLEM!!!
it tooks 3-6 min to responces and said something like this!
Quote:
Ready...
Detecting pinout, please wait...
(Push box button to Abort)
Processing, please wait...OK
Rx - 13 Tx - 11
BootPin - 6
means pinout succesfully connected! right??
but why it took so long????
all you said in your FAQ's that only second will connect?
maybe right in MAINTOOL!
or other units!
next step is reading phone info!
it tooks 10-minutes before it reads!
why phone is lock code only then it tooks so long??

please explain if i did wrong with your manual!
then maybe i understand it!

and last thing.
in all of your demo and video when MAINTOOL is open all rx/tx is off and i need to manually tick for open while in all your demo its totally open already and automatic select!

PLEASE EXPLAIN!
i like all your Product and i would like to invest for all of it, but seems im in wrong investment...

i need clear answer only...
i have no problems in other units, only in this..

thanks for reading!
also check my attachment 1 & 2..

BR,
SAINT!

1. Man please stop spam forum with same post in all topics - wait for answer no need to spam
2. Read DOCS how to use soft - you have missed too many files - that is why it is not working for man.

LAST ONT THING FOR ALL TO KNOW:

SPEADTRUMTOOL
not work as you said 15-20 seconds detection of pinout!
yes it fast detection but only for MTK based unit and others.
BUT for SPEADtrum its not, coz it tooks 2-3 minutes faster or up!

thats all im proven..

just correct me if im still wrong..

JUSt closed this thread,
and its nice to know all about your product!

and also thanks coz you still there..
not like others..

find pin out first, then after that dont remove + and - signed, try to removed cable that connected in phone then run software again then after opening insert it back the cable..

hi sir GSM tricks!

am sorry for what im saying..
im just new for this box thats why..

just have another question.

i have padfinder
then the db26cables consist of (+)(-)
then another one that connects to DB26 like Pad001, pad002.

do you think,
is this the problems why my pinouts delayed for detection?
unlike those in picture show to FAQ's in DB26 cable each of them or 1 DB26 have wires for (+)(-) and also wires or cable to phone..

no additional cable inserted like pad001?

thanks..
