PadFinder Box can´t detected

hello,

when install procedure gone

WinXP Device Manager

Com-Port = 5

allways GREEN & YELLOW LED on
Mode-Select not aviable

(i think reseller was playing with the box, front and back seals broken
and in front both screw missing (Special Connector))

its mother****er BoX........i brought a box 4 mounth ago..........i cant any flashing .bcz my connect option hide.........

is your pidfinder able to find pinouts???
