Padfinder can't fin pinout

I've got a new padfinder .... as usual hard to comprehend at first

After several readings of manual .. here's what i did

First Client ... CECT Q380

Cabled used: PAD004

MY CONNECTION

WITH MAIN TOOL - (Phone Plaform - MTK62xx)

Operation ends up with error....someone advised me to select "spreadtrum" since Q380 has a spreadtrum-based cpu.

Here's the resutl:

WITH MAIN TOOL - (Phone Platform - Spreadtrum 6600 E/D)

Still got an error message.

This time, I used the Spreadtrum Tool.

Here's the result of the Spreadtrum operation:

WITH SPREADTRUM TOOL 1.1

STILL AN ERROR.

I tested the unit if it is properly connected with its wire ... and it powered up...meaning it was properly connected. During operation the green light is blinking ... indication that it has activity going on.

I've got another advise to manually set the pinout as follows

Rx = 13
Tx = 11
Boot = 6

then power on the unit and Read Phone Info.

Here's the log:

PLEASE ADVISE...THIS STUFF HAS GIVEN ME HEADACHE.

I did sir... can you just tell me where is the fault. I have a habit of knowing first the things before i asked for help.

Don't compare me with your level of thinking....i know your an expert...so i need your expert advise...that's the way i will appreciate your product.

How could i love your stuff if that's the way you help your customer.

In the first place, i could not go that far if i did not read your manual.

This is my second time of posting the same problem .... and all you can answer is to read your manual....where is your INTELLECTUAL ADVISE?

Is that all you can you can say for a customer seeking advise.

If i have only a way to send your product to my reseller and refund my payment i will do it.

Coz i am FULLY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR support. Maybe your product is good but your support is totally bad.

I could find other dongle to satisfy my need and maybe a good answers from the supporter.

Not the way you help your customer.

hopefully this will help,..

make a seperate folder in padfinder tool, make another folder in speadtrum tool, also make a seperate folder in drivers...then try it....

it will work 100%,...

do not put all files in one folder(padfinder tools, spreadtrum, and drivers)combining them it will not function right...got it???

good luck bro....

regards,
mawxep
