I just buy this box but I have problems with registration this is what I get

Ready...
Box not registered and deactivated!
Please register your box for activation
Rx pin not selected
Tx pin not selected
Power: OFF (not connected to phone)
Ready...
Connecting support site.....OK
Connecting to MultiBox server...Error!

please help
