its shows only ready means hang.. when i try to untick system eeprom it will run my problem now q380 shows on screen of phone imei error no tones no picture in multimedia. pls help me sir also cam not working

Sorry but I cant see on your pic any problem with soft. Connect ok. So make next steps

well it doesnt show on screen shot but i already tick the update firmware but soft dont run as you can se sir stack at ready.. and phone cam now not working and in screeen shows imei error.

at first phone came to me in hang condition apple sign only appear when i power it on,( operation )
open soft spreadtrum 1.1 search pinout success.. tick connect/read flash info i select mcu firmware that was downloaded at support ticked MCU Firmware only,and i use update firmware now software run smoothly. after the operation i power it on now phone shws at screen imei error i put sim card for a test check the function of phone i change the lang. to english done use camera funtion no luck not working try to send a messgd failed.. i think problem was in eeprom i try to change imei result was same it shows again imei error when i turn it on. now i repeat the operation by adding MCUFirmware,system EEPROM User, Data, Product Data, and ticked update firmware... soft dont run normally it was hang and stated only READY....... thats why i posted that screenshot sir. im waiting for your answer. more power to padfinder.

You must format eeprom area

i did already format eeprom area... phone now can send a sms camera working fine.. but some feature like setting up wallpaper wont appear in main screen in lower part of screen its shows four lines written IMEI error!!!!!!! how could i possibly repair this prob.? help me sir coz i dont want to make any operation tha would bring phone to dead until i got your assitance.. thanks for giving such time.

imei was already changed sir, phone condition still the same IMEI error appear on phnoe display.. what to do?
