to mr. supporter
my padfinder box now cant detect pin out and one thing i'd noticed was it cant power on phone using two power clip i set already power on at main software.. i tried to measure supply of both clip with multimeter clip has a measure of 4.85 volts, whats wrong with my box now? i test this box for several good working phone still cant detect pinout likewise happen with spreadtrum please make quick response and support for this problem...

i have a lot of work to do using your product.
