Help fro z6c, before to send imei - GSM-Forum

I received model z6c for imei code, buy always I see verifying sim.... Never see option to enter code.... So, before to send imei, need 2 make sure I can work this phone.... Thanks in advance

Yes bro, its cdma, but also gsm! Its world edition!!! I was unlock one of them months ago without problem, but for this one I see I cant enter the code....

Ok. Now I checked, that phone was come here months ago, and code was worked. Now received again butt I was not noticed its the same, imei submited, and received code, but not works. Talked with customer and he say he was update the sw. Any idea what can I do?
